Artwork Description: The soundscape sculpture, entitled "No. 23" is a 3 story high installation made of aluminum and steel pipes that will be attuned to the wind.  Curving around the corner of 109 Street and Jasper Avenue, these pipes are grouped into three series that are oriented to the prevailing North, West and East winds. The design embraces the power of the wind and transforms it into material form and soundscape providing a visual and physical voice to one of Edmonton's most important entrances to the downtown.
