ABOUT THE EXHIBIT
Om ~ Ah ~ Home: Healing Space for Body & Mind is an experimental, community-based art project inspired by personal loss, healing, and the search for belonging. Rooted in the artist’s original painting series, the exhibition transforms three unique community spaces in Edmonton into a site-specific tour exploring the meaning of “home.” Sparked by the artist’s return to Canada after the passing of two father figures in China, the project reflects on impermanence and the desire to create spaces of comfort, reflection, and connection. Through installations and collaborative works, Home invites the public to reimagine home as a spiritual, emotional, and physical sanctuary shared with others.
