The Works Food Street
The Works Food Street is the culinary hub of The Works Art & Design Festival, bringing together food trucks, trailers, and vendors in downtown Edmonton. Serving over 150,000 visitors each year, it’s the perfect place to showcase your cuisine and connect with festival-goers at North America’s largest free art and design festival.
Dates & Hours
Festival Dates: June 20 –to July 1, 2026 (12 days)
Food Street is open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM during thefestival. Vendors are required to be open and staffed for all operating hours, rain or shine.
Food Vendor Requirements
All vendors are required to have a minimum of $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance, be included on the City of Edmonton Approved Vendor List by June 15, and comply with all applicable City of Edmonton food regulations.
Booking & Availability
Vendors may operate on all festival days or select days. All food trucks and trailers must be booked in advance through a completed application. Space is limited, and acceptance and placement are first-come, first-served.
Site Accommodations
Vendors participating on all days of the festival will be provided with 110V, 15-amp electrical service, including four standard plugs. Vendors attending on individual days must indicate any power or water requirements in their application, as on-site power, water, and drainage are not automatically provided.
Set Up & Take Down
Set-up is tentatively scheduled for 9am on the first day of the festival. Tear down begins on July 1 after 10:00 PM.

How to Apply
Applications are now open and must be submitted through an online application form. It's recommended that applicants complete the form on a laptop or desktop computer using the Google Chrome browser. Applications are now open and all applicants will be notified on a rolling basis until April 24.
